How could anyone dump this adorable youngster by the side of a busy road with only a sheet to lie on?

Emily is only young and has now been in the shelter a few months. It was clear from the second Vera met her that Emily wanted her help and was instantly accepting of Vera’s kindness (see the video below) ❤️ Emily has passed her blood tests, been neutered, vaccinated and will be microchipped before being rehomed too. Emily is open for adoption and looking for a forever home. She is so full of love and such a kind soul, she loves to wrap a paw around anyone who wants a cuddle! She walks nicely on the lead and gets along great with the other dogs here at the shelter. We really do think she will be a great addition to a loving family. Could this be you?
