Meet Gracie

Gracie has had a tough start to life . She was rescued from the city pound in Bosnia where she was found in poor condition and being bullied by other dogs. Since arriving at the DNV shelter, she has made incredible progress from the timid dog she once was. She’s formed a strong bond with Vera and now seeks her out for affection and cuddles. While she was initially wary of the other dogs, she’s now gaining confidence and happily joining in during doggy playtime

This beautiful girl needs another human to continue looking after her and giving her love and confidence. She is going to be nervous when she is adopted and needs an understanding person with one on one time that will be happy to be patient so she can settle, adapt and flourish into the dog she was meant to be. A quiet home would be best and maybe another calm, nice dog. She could be cat tested for a serious enquiry.

Gracie has been vet checked, full and spayed with no other health conditions identified. She is mixed breed, medium sized and approx. 18 months old.
