Welcome Saffron !

This girl was found by Vera at the market that she visits. She had been thrown out there overnight.
When she was found she was extremely skinny, and had had a baby recently.
It is very possible that the babies were sold and she was kicked out because the baby was nowhere to be found
She was very weak, with an abscess on her breasts, she could barely walk.
Vera was on her way to the vet station, so she took her for an examination
They took her blood, tested for brucellosis and did a blood test that showed severe anaemia. She had high temperatures
Vera said “I can’t even describe the sadness in her eyes”
She had no chip was around 2 years old weighing 21kg

After 3 weeks at Veras shelter she weighed 24kg and was looking much healthier. Please see the pictures below
