About Poppy
Poppy was rescued from the local pound and taken in to the shelter in a terrible state. Sadly the pounds in Bosnia are horrendous places for dogs to end up and most never get out. This poor girl had been left to die in the most awful conditions. She was taken in by Vera at the start of March and the change in her health and appearance has been incredible. This is largely down to veterinary care along with love, food and much better and cleaner conditions here at the DNV shelter.
Poppy is now ready for adoption – could you help offer this girl some love. She is still young and lots of life to live.
